Who ships your order
SteelHead Addiction does not warehouse, pack, or ship products. When you click a gear link on our site and complete a purchase, the order is fulfilled by the retailer that hosted the checkout — most often Amazon.com. Shipping speed, carrier, tracking, and delivery promises are all set and managed by that retailer.
Amazon orders (most products)
The majority of products we link to are sold by Amazon or by third-party sellers on the Amazon marketplace.
- Prime members: typically 1–2 day delivery on Prime-eligible items, free of charge.
- Non-Prime: 3–7 business day standard shipping; expedited options available at checkout.
- Third-party seller items: shipping speed depends on the individual seller — see the seller's listed handling time on the product page.
- Tracking: Amazon emails tracking links once the order ships and lists them under Your Orders.
For shipping problems — late delivery, lost packages, damaged items — contact Amazon directly. Their customer service can issue replacements or refunds. We have no visibility into your order on Amazon's side.
International shipping
Whether a product ships outside the United States is determined by the retailer and seller, not by us. Many products linked here are US-domestic only. If a product page on Amazon doesn't show your country in the shipping options, that retailer is not currently exporting that item.
Lodging and reservations
For destination articles that link to hotel bookings via Booking.com, "shipping" doesn't apply — bookings are confirmed by email immediately. Property check-in and stay terms are between you and the property.
Direct sales (none currently)
SteelHead Addiction does not currently ship products directly. If we add a direct-sales storefront for site merchandise or digital downloads, this page will be updated with shipping rates, transit times, and carrier information specific to those orders.
